Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Ekotechs LLC (“Ekotechs”, “we”, “us”) for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Service levels, including response times, are governed by your individual service agreement, and may vary from client to client.

2. Services

Ekotechs provides managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, VoIP, low-voltage infrastructure, and professional IT project services to businesses in the New York City metropolitan area. Specific scope, pricing, and SLAs are defined in your individual service agreement or statement of work.

3. SMS & Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our contact form or service agreement, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Ekotechs related to your service requests, ticket updates, appointment reminders, and account notifications.

  • Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.
  • Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@ekotechs.com.
  • Carriers: Ekotechs is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information, maintain appropriate access credentials, and notify Ekotechs promptly of any changes to your environment that may affect service delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ekotechs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
